Jeff Pearson, P.Eng., MBA, is a partner at BBA and interim Department Manager – Mechanical Engineering at our Vancouver office. In 2017, he joined BBA with a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Victoria, and brought valuable experience from major industrial, utility and natural resource companies in British Columbia. Over the years, Mr. Pearson has specialized in the hydroelectric, wastewater, mining and oil and gas sectors. His experience includes the construction and operation of new run-of-river hydroelectric plants as well as oil and gas pipelines. He has an extensive background in project management, pipeline design and business development.
Some of his accomplishments include:
- Appointed client account manager in 2021 and brought in three new clients for BBA
- Helped establish BBA’s business development strategies and future approaches
- Led development of BBA’s training program for proposal leaders
This was probably one of my biggest realizations: my career has looked more like a zigzag than a straight line, and that’s fine!
